The menu, curated by Executive Chef Alessandro Pizzolato, is designed to take guests on a culinary journey, from playful shared starters to indulgent mains, before finishing on a fresh, vibrant note with seasonal fruits and refreshing sorbets. As the day builds, resident DJs and surprise performers take over the decks, while Mr P’s gogo dancers bring the party to life.
