About Carwyn Cellars

Carwyn Cellars, a cherished member of the Thornbury community since 2007, maintains complete independence and lends support to small producers of craft beer, wine, and spirits. Among their extensive assortment of locally crafted beers, visitors will discover rare and internationally acclaimed cellar-worthy ales.

In the wine room, a continuously evolving selection of preferred producers' offerings is presented, with each bottle thoughtfully assessed and discussed by the dedicated staff. Notably, their spirit wall is abundantly stocked with the world's finest whiskies, gins, mezcals, and more.

Proudly established as a staple in Thornbury since 2007, Carwyn Cellars began as a modest, family-owned shop and has since evolved into a charming family-owned establishment complete with a bar and beer garden. The team at Carwyn Cellars takes great delight in commemorating small-scale producers of beer, wine, and spirits alongside their loyal community of local patrons.

At the heart of their operation lies the bar and bottleshop, and their primary focus remains centered on a single question: What would most delight their valued Carwyn customers? As it turns out, their patrons have diverse preferences, leading Carwyn Cellars to continually venture into exciting new endeavors, with something special always just around the corner.
