About The Gem Bar & Dining
A true Collingwood local, the Gem has remained true to its Americana aesthetic since opening for business in 2006.
With its wooden honkytonk interior, ranch-style furniture, and shrines to the memory of the late Elvis Presley, it captures the warmth and friendly feel of a Southern American bar.
With 4 dining rooms and an upstairs bar, they can cater for a cheeky bar-top snack or dining bookings of up to 30 people.
Specialising in comfort food, from 24 hour brined, pressure fried southern style chicken, classic southern sides, and burgers ranging from healthy-ish to hangover curers. There's also vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
